My youngest has flown the coop, leaving me and DH with an empty nest. She seems to be excited, yet sad with the big adjustment. Im going thru bits of grief I guess, sad at times, but happy to see the possibilities in front of her and me as well...I hope this week to get back in the scrapping/cardmaking groove!

Enjoy the quiet, it'll be over quicker than you think. Christmas break will be here before you know it and she'll bring a ton of stuff home with her. Then come summer you'll have to move her back home and then back again for the next semester!
And the phone calls for money - you'll get those soon too. LOL :D Hopefully you'll have something good to keep your hands and mind busy for a bit very soon. Keeping you guys in my thoughts & prayers. :)
Oh Lori you have had a lot to deal with lately. Hope your DD gets in the swing of things & loves college. I also still have your DH in my prayers for good news.Hugs

Wow! I can't even imagine! My "big" guy starts Kindergarten this year, but I'm sure it'll seem like a blink of an eye before I'm in your shoes too!
